Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning & Allies for Equality
In 1998 All Souls entered into a sacred process designed by the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) to transform its congregations becoming welcoming and inclusive towards bisexual, gay, lesbian, and transgender people, as well as those who may still be Questioning their sexual preferences or place on the gender spectrum.
All Souls aims to integrate new LGBTQ members into its church community, provide social and spiritual support, and to ensure that visitors and members of all sexual orientations are welcomed. Gay and Lesbian couples are welcome and invited to all of our couple-specific programming as well. The church's LGBTQ community sponsors educational, support, and service programs addressing needs of the greater community. Throughout the year volunteers coordinate opportunities for church members to participate in a diversity of human rights and social justice events.
